#359 Link Cache

I can see kernel->link cache fine. But when I try to
delete, view or refresh a cached link, the page is
routed to

clyde/themes/list_cache.php?offset=0&sort_mode=url_desc&fTicket=0055130d2a56887a7fa1&refresh=17

not to

clyde/kernel/admin/list_cache.php?offset=0&sort_mode=url_desc&fTicket=0055130d2a56887a7fa1&refresh=17
