This patch will:
- correct the build-dependencies (no more multiple
building to get it working)
- change the output path for the dlls to
"..\bin\Debug\" in stead of "bin\Debug" to make the
post-build copying of pdb and dll obsolete
- include the Welcome.ans in the TigerMUD project with
action to "copy if newer", making the post-build
copying of this file obsolete.
