Yay! Markup can actually generate plain text output pretty nicely.

Note for `shortlog`: `plaintext` is not exported from markup.core, so I'm using `striptags` instead.
Also, I use join/splitlines instead of replace, as we have to cope with multiple kind of newlines, here "\r".

- introduced a `radiobuttons` macro for creating a set of <input type="radio"> and related elements
- two new functional changes:
* for a DELETE entry, the changeset link will show and lead to the last existing revision for that entry
(used to lead nowhere...)
* preselected ''old'' revision for diff now defaults to the oldest one displayed
- the RSS and !ChangeLog formats are temporarily broken...

Markup sandbox: follow-up to [M241], use multiline expression.

Markup branch: many clean-ups on the changeset.html template
- introduced a `select_option` macro for building <option> elements
- introduced a `checkbox` macro for building an <input type="checkbox"> and related elements
- moved the `plural` macro in macros.html, and added the keepzero optional argument
- changed order of tests in ctxtnav for clarification of the code
- always place `title` attribute before `href` attribute, in <a> tags.
It makes it easier to quicly grasp what's the link role.
- shorten excessively long lines (now max ~120)

Markup sandbox: add the ''sizeinfo'' and ''dateinfo'' macros, as well as the ''browser_path_links'' macro in preparation to the Browser module migration.
