TracMercurial: follow-up to r2512

TracMercurial: small cleanups, + moved the hg wiki syntax provider for changesets to the !MercurialConnector

TracMercurial: `trac-admin` now also asks for the repository type during `initenv` (defaults to `svn`)

db-refactoring: Minor fix to postgres connector: port is an integer

db-refactoring: Remove the need to pass the `db_str` around for environment creation. Instead, always read it from the config.

db-refactoring: Minor cleanup in the `schema` module.

db-rectoring: Move connection pool from `Environment` into `DatabaseManager`.

Moved TracCrossReferences branch in the common source:sandbox.

TracCrossReferences: merged changes from log:trunk@...:2502. Ready to be moved in the source:sandbox.

db-refactoring: Clean-up/renaming of the connection string parsing unit tests.
