#10 add command line only interface

Add a command line interface that doesn't require the
use of a script file. For instance, the user could run the
following:

tifftool foo.tif -orthrot 90 foo2.tif

or

tifftool foo.tif -orthrot 270 -deskew -clean foo2.tif
