How to sign the Tidy.NET assembly

In your deployment of the TidyLib interop assembly for
.NET you might want to point out that the .dll can either be placed into the same directory as the executable that is using it or placed in the GAC (Global Assembly Cache) using the gacutil program, the only disadvantage of the latter is that you have to have a signed assembly,
