Hi,

I'm using

I'm using in my configuration file:

drop-empty-paras: yes

And tidy works as expected if it finds <p></p> but it doesn't work if the tag has a class attribute , e.g.:

<p class="pHeading">
</p>

Marlon

    Yes, you ran into a feature - it will not delete if it has attributes...

    drop-empty-paras in Tidy (https://github.com/htacg/tidy-html5) still does that today!

    Maybe you would like to enhance that capability with a PR?
