The first release candidate for 3.11.4 is on SourceForge. The primary 
objective of 3.11.4 is adding full support (acquisition and graphics) 
for Debian sarge. The Installation Guide has instructions to install 
Comedi and TIDAL on a fresh installation of sarge.
