Added a first pass at a TLISP unit test framework.
We really need some nicer printing stuff/string manipulation stuff.
We probably need the rest of set/setq.
Implemented a bunch of tweaks to lambdas, particularly @me handling.
Added some pathological @me and lambda unit tests.
