Ignore the doxygen 'doxy' directory.
Default includes for BDB are /usr/local/include/db3 instead of just
/usr/local/include, because people are unlikely to put stuff right in
/usr/local/include.  Besides, that's what my system uses, and I reserve
the right for the defaults to be what my system does.  :)
