#6 Log Status Changes

In order to monitor and report the complete lifecycle of
a ticket it would be very important to log the changes in
the attributes (e.g. ticket status, severity) in
the "actions log".

e.g.

09.12.03 09.00 guest: Severity Change Medium --> High.
