There is an error when deleting an action on an install that uses custom table prefixes.

If I remember right the issue is in the action.php file on line 46 in the mysql_query.
change: FROM action WHERE
to: FROM $GLOBALS[mysql_prefix]action WHERE

When your adding a ticket its not adding line feed at the end of each line. How can I change this?
