Ability to set up groups that users can be a member
of. Example: Infrastructure Management, Customer
Support, Desktop Support, etc.
With this, ability to assign tickets to a group
instead of a single user and ability to send a notify
to all users of that group upon initial assignment.
Also, ability for a user to see active tickets
assigned to just them.
Please forgive me if this is already in the latest
version. I am running version 0.7 and will be
upgrading to the latest version (if there is one) in a
few days.
