Move to Sourceforge

TibiaAPI has gone completely public and open source. We are in the process of moving over the documentation to Sourceforge, and the SVN is already moved. Feel free to download the source and use it as you will, but remember that if you are making a program to utilize TibiaAPI it would be in your best interest to use TibiaAPI.dll instead, to strengthen the goal of the project.
