#4 Gets stuck connecting

Hello, So I am having problem with connecting to the administration port of FileZilla Server that is not the FileZilla Server GUI.

It gets stuck and when I interupt the process this error appears in the log of the program

Is this something to do with the admin configuration that I need to set in my FTP server?
