#5 Inconsistent popup/bar menu handling

* Take for instance the 'make basic' option.
Select two NAMED objects at the same time.
The option is disabled in contextual menu
The option is enabled in the menu bar
* Plugins doesn't appear in the menu bar ?? why ???

Maybe generalize the plugin registration stuff to fix it ???
