Considering the wonderful information you provided, I have to following
advise:

- try upgrading your libc, if that doesn't help
- try upgrading your binutils, if that doesn't help
- try upgrading your gcc/g++, if that doesn't help
- try getting a matching libstdc++, if that doesn't help
- try (re)installing your Operating System, if that doesn't help
- try a different Operating System.
