#4 count from 1 in progress window

start counting at 1 instead of 0. With this patch the progress window will show "1 of 1" instead of "0 of 1".

Hrm, thanks for the patch, but I'm a bit undecided which makes more sense. Guess it depends on whether you look at it in terms of 'current job' or 'jobs done'.
