#4 ability to specify the in and out points

I would really love being able to say which "part" of a movie I want to rip, for example from 5 minutes 30 seconds to 7 minutes 22 seconds.

This would be a great way to allow storing "snippets" of movies on your computer for archival purposes (some funny scene for example) or for educational purposes (for example, a teacher could use that to show part of a scene that is relevant to the subject, without having to rip the entire movie and waste time + space).

What do you think?
