#12 Add dirac/schroedinger as video codec

Now that dirac spec is frozen and a final version of schroedinger is out (including a gstreamer plugin), it might be possible to add schroedinger support to thoggen. The release notes of schroedinger 1.0.3 state that as of this version, it has a massive (up to 3x) increase in encoding speed with respect to previous versions - maybe that's the way out of thoggens slowness due to theora?

Yes, I'd really like to add this soon.

We'll need a new gst-plugins-base release though (0.10.20) and a new schroedinger release (1.0.4) to get all the fixes Thoggen needs (ie. '[gst] Fix creation of granulepos based on discussions with rillian').
