#1 i cant start the programm

i am using windows XP whit SP1 i needed to download
the MFC70.DLL i hade installed and now the prog exists
whit this error: "Theapplication failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the
application." i simply cant startit if the problem will be
