#163 Menu: Close the menubar when browser area looses focus

It would be nice if the currently open Menu on a Frame or Dialog would close automatically when you switch to a another application or interact with the chrome of the browser (i.e. toolbar, location bar, switch tab).

Could you also allow the menubar to wrap back to the left if it overlaps the right side of the screen?
