#297 clientSideIncludeFile not reestablished on reload

in v1.2_RC2_r586:
clientSideIncludeFile's are not reestablished when reload is pressed whether reloadOnRefresh is true or false.

You cannot include the file again see WebApplication.clientSideIncludeFile();
