****This email might be a double post. Please exuse me if it is.**** Hi there I hope that this is the right place to ask user questions. This is a custom build I am PXE booting thinstation 2.3 beta2. The host PC has the exact same hardware as the PXE booting PC. The Host is running Fedora 12. It uses the RealTek 8111/8168b Gb1 network card and the r8169 networking kernal module. I have included the r8169 module in my build.conf file. When booting the PXE PC, it lists the r8169 module in the as one of the modules in use. However, I then get: Thinstation init script Cannot open /dev/null And a few lines later: Configuring and starting Network DHCP server not found! Network not initialized This error has probably occurred because you haven’t got the correct module loaded for your network card. Debug not enabled Boot halted I have swapped HDD’s between PC’s and get the same results. Is there something I am missing? |
