#4 Misplaced figures in Kindle PDF

I noticed tf-kindle.pdf is missing figure 8.3 on page 320...

On searching the PDF for "8.3", I found the missing page at the end of the chapter, on page 358.
Figures 8.4, 8.5, and 8.6 follow on the subsequent pages.

Actually, that was the first chapter I looked at.

On further investigation, jumping to the start of each chapter from the adobe reader bookmarks and paging up to see the previous page, reveals that several chapters have this problem:

Chapter 4 : figure 4.9
Chapter 5 : tables 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3
Chapter 7 : figures 7.8 and 7.9

It looks like it may be a sizing issue.
