#25 unify IDs for all media: entries, images, files
There would occur three benefits if every important web object got an ID:
- Images can be reused throughout the blog without knowing their real position.
- Links to images and files can safely be created during publishing (see another proposal)
- Images and files will be accessible from the archives separatedly from text entries.
