#19 Local previewing

Local preview of a blog without having to publish.

Locally previewing a website with the default browser
would greatly help the template development using
thingamablog.

It would also help proof reading one's own blog using
the real layout format and fonts as seen by readers of
the blog.

This feature should not be too difficult as local
publishing already makes this available.

It could be done as local publishing, but it would be
available under a separate "publish local" button.
