#31 When renaming categories, categories disappear??

I was trying to rename a category in the "Configure Weblog" dialog. I renamed one category to have the same name as the other one. Then I changed its name back to its original name. When I closed the dialog, the stuff underneath Categories in the left pane looked weird (there was a blank space between the categories), and when I tried to write a new entry, I noticed that the categories listing still had two categories with the same name. I had to fix this by deleting all the categories and starting over.
