Watchman, based originally on Dana Hanna's Time-Managment, tracks how much time you spend on each application on your PC. The application resides in the system tray, and writes to a SQLite db file at regular intervals with information about your current application: name of process, title bar, and duration. From this, the application creates a summary report of how much time you've spent during the day on titled applications.
