The STC ( Standard Template Construct ) is an highly portable, easily installable template based website written in PHP/MySQL. The goal of the project is to help give people a hands on approach to developing dynamic sites using PHP/MySQL. The STC will include the following features - User Polls ( with percentage view) Private message system, Forums, Dynamic Admin panel with user inserts, Poll creation, User creation and User restrictions. FAQ and Site news updatable via database queries and many more features to be added of the time.
