[The OS Project - WebDev] Positions...

Here's a list of the positions for everyone.  I tried to get things
associated with people's skills as best I can. Please let me know if
anything conflicts.  The main things we need right now are:
MicroKernel
HAL OS
Memory Management OS
Registry OS

Once we have those started and with a small level of support - i.e. the
ability to do somethings in the SITS shell [probably some things it won't=
 do
after we have other parts completed] - then we'll start on the Actual OS.

I've really got to do a little bit of work right now, so I'll post more a=
