I've got a few documents that I need translated to HTML before I can post
them.  They are going to go under the docs section of the SF site (not the
actual webpage, at least not for now).  I'm trying to get information up so
that everyone knows what we are trying to implement. They don't need to be
translated any more than the one that is currently posted, and the
translation includes the following:

1) Add <BR><BR> to the end of each paragraph.
2) Change headings from:

[Doc Title]	-> <H1><U>Doc Title</U></H1>

Heading	-> <H2><U>Heading</U></H2>
=======

Heading	-> <H3><U>Heading</U></H3>
-------

Heading	-> <H4><U>Heading</U></H4>

That's really all there is to it.  Let me know if you are interested.

All docs are in Windows/Notepad format.
