add a to do and it sends a notice/email to that person

display list of all projects

sorting or filtering by project status

track projects in different stages

prioritize projects/tasks

entries for contracters - important

entries for clients

enter how much we owe to contracters and when payment
is due

how much we are earning on each project - important

how much do we owe each contractor and when is payment
due - important

assign tasks to projects - separate from the to do list

create financial reports such as what we owe during a
time span and what we

earned during a time span
