The Modding table v1.1 is released

The Modding Table 1.1 is released. It is now Cross-Platform - it was tested on Windows and on Linux KDE-

Changelog :
* Colors are now adapted to the OS
* Bug reports displays now an error when an error occured
+ An error is diplayed when resources file are missing
