#2 Application Runtime Error

I have installed the program as directed. When I go to preview a
theme it gives me an Applescript error. the error message reads as
follows:

Applescript Error

NSReceiverEvaluationScriptError: 4(1)

Is there a fix to this or a download that is a more current version.
