#48 va_copy
Ubuntu Linux required the use of va_copy, which is not available under windows.
I added a corresponing define into "memutils.h" but it should be moved in a less "public" file.
I also udpated the codes using va_list such that each list is only used once.
Hopefully this fixes the problems I have under linux.
I will test it now.
Yes, it does fix the Linux problem.
