#4 Screen flickers between game and desktop

Running Windows XP on a 2.4GHz, 1GB RAM, and ATI
Radeon 9000. The game flickers between my desktop
and the game probably two to three times per second.
My desktop resolution is 1152x864, not sure if that
would contribute to the problem.
