#7 manual input-window location, text box focus, and <enter>

The manual keyboard input window needs a few adjustments. First, it would be nice if the window would appear somewhere near the place where the thing is being edited. Second, when a text box gets focus, it should highlight the whole text inside, so that it is easy to type in something completely different, and also, the first text box should get focus when the window loads, and finally, when you press <enter> in a text field, if there is only one field, it should act as though the OK button was pressed. That way, the window will come up with the necessary text highlighted, and the user can just type in the value they want and press enter and be done with it, without having to move the mouse around.
