Support keystrokes for:
- insert line at current line Ctrl-Ins (shifts down current line + remainder)
- insert line below current line Ctrl-Return (shifts down remainder)
- delete current line Ctrl-Del (shifts up following line + remainder)
- Return at end of line is like Ctrl-Return; Return in the middle of line splits line in two (editor only)
