Where are the updates?!?

I know there hasn't been any news for quite some time. Rest assured, we are still working on the game. Progress is currently being made on the map editor. We have hesitated to update CVS because none of the code is in a working state at this point. A preliminary Map Editor should be available in the next couple of weeks. We plan on having basic functionality completed at that time. This includes the ability to place tiles on a default map, determines movement via exits, etc. Future additions will include usability enhancements such as viewing exits paths, Tile Set management, and the ability to save maps to the database as well as import and export maps (for sharing purposes).

CVS Is Now Working, Modern Tile Set Available

The current state of development now allows us to create maps driven by map and tile information from a MySQL database. You'll have to pull the latest source from CVS (which includes a dump of our development tables), as well as grab a copy of the "modern" tile set.

Initial CVS Import Available

I've just completed the initial import for our CVS repository on SourceForge.net. Although the web based CVS browser is not yet available, you can pull down the latest source using your favorite CVS client.

We only have one "module" at this time that encompasses the entire project. The module is called "devel".

There's not much yet, but we're working on it.
