Mainly a maintenance Release, more is to be found in the release notes. If you use TheCounter and it worked for you, there is no need to update except you need the new "Center & Fit ROI" feature.

Important bugfix:

program crashed when removing counted particles.

In this release the automatic detection feature has been temporarily removed.
New features are zoom, batch processing, measurements and many small improvements

This is the first release of TheCounter.
To run you need a .NET Framework that is
100% compatible with Microsoft(R)s .NET
Framework 1.1.

today October the fourth at 16:04 the sourceforge project page of TheCounter has opened.
I'm going to upload v 1.0 binary and source today or tomorrow.
