#73 ACIP->*: Give warning 512 for K-GNY or BAMNY (and GNY,MNY?)

There's a glyph G+N+Y in TMW and a glyph M+N+Y in
TMW. Give warning 512 when the stack G+NY is seen
and the ACIP given is GNY (i.e., has no pluses).
Likewise for M+NY.

Maybe warn 512 even for ACIP {GNY}/{MNY} alone
unless a known word starting with "GNY"/"MNY" is given.
