Does anyone want me to pick up development on this project again?

Inlcudes various small bugfixes made over the past 6 months plus some small feature enhancements by filid. This release brings thatware one step closer to XHTML compliance.

This development release takes care of many feature requests including more translations, poll tracking to prevent cheating, topic images, a new comment moderation system, and so much more.
