#97 Adding Admin Generates PHP error

RedHat 6.1 for x86
Apache RPMS: apache-devel-1.3.12-2, apache-1.3.12-2
PHP 3.0.16 configured with: --with-mysql --with-pgsql --with-apxs
MySQL 3.23.24-beta

** Error Messages **

** Steps to Reproduce **

Open admin.php3 page.
Log in as root.
Select Edit Admins.
Type the name of a user into Handle field of Add Admin section.
Select some privileges.
Click Add Admin.
