#60 Unpaired quotation in comment causes page to show

Steps to reproduce

1) Reply to a comment
2) Enter < a href =" > < / a > without spaces not sure how sourceforge handles this stuff: note the missmatched quotation, this is a mistake that one can often make when typing out a url.
3) Preview : then page will be blank because of the mismatched quotation

This happens with the HTML Formated and Plain Old Text option. It seems as though this bug does not happen with the Extrans option.

    This bug is dead. I killed it myself with a can of Raid each from Gaetan and a can from irogex and threw its remains in CVS.
