#41 php errors

I recieved this error after changing comment display mode from threaded to nested while viewing a story in article.php3. I had also clicked the save box as well.

This shouldn't be a problem anymore after this weekend because the system is changing, but it happens when you have a bad user cookie and you try to change stuff in the user area.
