#29 Email validation for new users

The email validation on the www.atthat.com webpage, and thus presumably in the code, is too restrictive. When I register at sites, I use the convention mortis+comanyorprojectname@acc.umu.se. This allows me to directly handle mail using ".forward+companyorprojectname" - files. Plus (+) is a valid email comment separator and its use should be allowed.

I do not know which RFC this is in, but both sendmail and procmail seem to agree with me.
