Here some Hints by an experienced user of TGUP!

I found a bit out in case of Vista - it confuses TGUP/ its inatallers by language issues!
You have to know that Vista is internal english even if the built in display language is localized. As result it might confuse cause if you're having e.g. a german Ultimate and install english langpack then you have a bilingual Windows which can't get rid of the localized display language (in this case german) - that's normal in Windows with more than one interface.

The language detection is partly by installers themself (of course) and TGUP: TGUP can switch to english (see below) but displays in german.

@Moment only german TGUP interface? For future it should determine (not only for Vista) the Windows interface language and working as designed/ recommended... What about a command line switch to set the language? Is it useful to display a warning message if the language is not supported.

It might be useful to see a good readable warning message if the current environment/ configuration will create undesirable results!

      Thanks for your Hints

If the Language detection Didn't work correctly:

You can either Select More Options after Starting TGUP and there you will find an Option to Change the Installation Language of Applications,
Please notice that not all Applications are Multilingual. For Example there is only one Download Link for VLC for all languages.
To Set a different Language you have to change the VLC preferences after Installing. While Other Applications Like Firefox will be certainly
installed in the language you select, as there is a different download Link depending on the Language you choose.

A switch "/lng:???" has been recently added according to your request to preselect the Language:
      Example:

      tgup.exe /lng:DEU

      DEU: German
      ENU: English
      FRA: French
      ITA: Italian
      ARA: Arabic

For More help See TGUP help using /h switch.

The Language is automatically Detected from This Registry Key, which I consider accurate:

      "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\sLanguage"

If the Langugae is not supported English will be selected as Default.

I would be glad if you tell me about more Hints.
