Brought GTL_2 branch back in line with truck as follows;

Updated Lua bindings with new format types
Added 4 new format types to support new PNG loader; RGBA16, RGB16, A16, A16L16
Rewrote PNG loader so that it can now handle;
- palletted images; expanded to RGB(A) data as required. It's unknown how this will react to 16bit pallettes if they exist.
- 16bit images (RGBA16 & RGB16)
- Grey images (L8 and L16 for 8bit and 16bit)
- Grey-alpha images (A8L8 and A16L16)
