you might also want to try recalibrating the sensor _.- >>  
  calibrate -c <sensor-chanel> 

and make sure this happens in the ~/sensor directory  (where route.conf can 
be found also, if the sensor send needs tweaking)

if it still doesnt work, send it back to stock :)
